Academic Advising

Academic advising is a dynamic relationship between advisor and student to support the student’s educational and career success. It is a decision-making process which assists students in realizing their maximum educational potential through communication and information exchanges with an advisor; it is ongoing, multi-faceted, and the responsibility of both student and advisor. Advisors provide guidance on academic policies and regulations, post-graduate opportunities, and other resources available on-campus that offer academic and personal support. Contact your faculty advisor or the Office of Academic Performance for academic advising.
